چکیده
Protecting endangered species has been an important issue in ecology. We derive a reaction-diffusion model for population one-dimensional bounded habitat, where the is subjected to strong Allee effect its natural domain but obeys logistic growth protection zone. establish conditions persistence and extinction via principal eigenvalue of associated problem investigate dependence this on location (i.e., starting point length) The results are used design optimal zone under different boundary conditions, that is, suggest length with respect rate zone, order persist long term.

Persistence in reaction diffusion models with weak allee effect.
We study the positive steady state distributions and dynamical behavior of reaction-diffusion equation with weak allele effect type growth, in which the growth rate per capita is not monotonic as in logistic type, and the habitat is assumed to be a heterogeneous bounded region. The existence of multiple steady states is shown, and the global bifurcation diagrams are obtained. Results are applie...

متن کاملA Food Chain Model with Strong Allee Effect in Prey
In recent years, there has been an intense focus on the construction of mathematical models involving certain interesting ecological phenomena like Allee effect. Many animal and plant species suffer a decrease of the per capita rate of increase as their populations reach small sizes or low densities. In this article, a three species food chain model is proposed and analysed where prey species i...
متن کاملThe evolutionary dynamics of a population model with a strong Allee effect.
An evolutionary game theoretic model for a population subject to predation and a strong Allee threshold of extinction is analyzed using, among other methods, Poincaré-Bendixson theory. The model is a nonlinear, plane autonomous system whose state variables are population density and the mean of a phenotypic trait, which is subject to Darwinian evolution, that determines the population's inheren...

and Applied Analysis 3 2. The Model System Inmodel (1), the productf(u)g(V) gives the rate atwhich prey is consumed. The prey consumed per predator, f(u)g(V)/V, was termed as the functional response by Solomon [63]. These functions can be defined in differentways. In this paper, following Lotka [64], we adopt f (u) = cu, (4) which is a linear functional response without saturation, where c > 0 ...
